Power Retail Success Now

To share some holiday spirit with our accounts, the Commerce and RCG teams designed a direct mailer to be distributed via AEs and BDRs. The theme was calm - amidst hectic holiday deadlines and the fast-coming new year, we wanted to send a little something their way to help them take it all on with ease. I was responsible for every aspect of copy in the kit, including headlines, representative letters, box open lines, and more.

AE Kit Details

We created two versions of the kit, the first being the Account Executive kit. This was comprised of a Therabody Wave Solo massage ball, optimal for a little bit of luxurious relaxation.

BDR Kit Details

Keeping with the theme of calm, we fleshed out the BDR kit to include a number of smaller items from brands that excited us, as well as an entirely new rep letter.

The Results

Both our AEs and BDRs loved the kit, and subsequently ordered an additional 275 kits on top of the existing 600 AE kits and 680 BDR kits. The estimated pipe gen was $9.2 million, and our Customer Marketing representatives informed us that this kit led to 22 unique meetings for a singular AE. She considers it one of the most successful kits to date.

This project allowed Erika and I to push ourselves creatively and as a unit, and we're immensely proud of the success it garnered.
